USCIS Announces New Guidance on Form I-693 Validity Period
USCIS has revised its policy on immigration medical exams: forms signed by a civil surgeon after Nov. 1, 2023, don’t expire, compared to a two-year expiration before. Forms for Operation Allies Welcome parolees are valid for three years. Officers may request additional evidence if necessary. Read more here.
