USCIS Expands Premium Processing for Applicants Seeking to Change to F, M, or J Nonimmigrant Status

USCIS is expanding premium processing for applicants changing to F, M, or J nonimmigrant status. They can now file Form I-907 online or on paper. The expansion will happen in two phases: June 13 for pending Form I-539 and June 26 for Form I-539 filings. Earlier requests will be rejected. Learn more here.
