USCIS Extends Temporary Suspension of Biometrics Submission for Certain Form I-539 Applicants

USCIS has extended the temporary suspension of biometrics submissions for some nonimmigrant status applications until September 30th, 2023. This means some applicants won’t have to submit fingerprints and photographs with their applications. Read more here.

ICE launches online CeBONDS capability to automate bond payments

has introduced a new online system called CeBONDS, which allows people to request bond eligibility verification, make cash bond payments, and send electronic notifications to bond obligors.
