The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) posted a Federal Register notice for the extension and redesignation of Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). This extension and redesignation of Haiti for TPS will allow nationals of Haiti to apply for TPS and to apply for an Employment Authorization Document.
