DHS Implements New Processes for Cubans, Haitians, and Nicaraguans and Eliminates Cap for Venezuelans
On January 5th, DHS announced a way for qualifying Cubans, Haitians, and Nicaraguans with supporters based in the U.S. to travel by air to the U.S. and temporarily reside in the states.
